A customer with a frozen credit file needed to know four critical things before leaving for Experian. I wrote the screen that says all four without burying any.
I'm a lead content designer at Bank of America, where I've spent seven years on the language of regulated products: credit applications, financial planning tools and design system standards that more than 50 designers and writers use.
More recently, that work turned into AI work. I built seven agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot to take the slow parts out of content design, started a practice group for designers learning to work with AI, and wrote most of our department's prompt playbook. Before the bank, I spent nearly five years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts making health coverage readable.
What carries over is a habit: every claim should point to its evidence. That's the standard I hold interfaces to, and it's the standard I build into agents.
